Craig Eschrich is the one that originated the internet concept, so let’s talk about his background first.

T. Craig Eschrich, Managing Member

Mr. Eschrich is a licensed and practicing member of the Federal Bar and practices primarily in Ohio although he does practice outside the State on a fairly regular basis.  Mr. Eschrich was admitted to the practice of law in 1975.  He attended the State University of New York at Buffalo where he received his B.A. Degree in Political Science and Business in 1971.  Mr. Eschrich went on to be an early graduate of Ohio Northern University School of Law in 1973, finishing law school is 2-years, 3-months rather than the customary 3-years.

Mr. Eschrich attained academic honors while in Law school where in his first year of law school he was first in his class; and all while raising his two children and working full-time and part-time as well as attending school full-time.  Mr. Eschrich also spent time on active duty before and after law school in the United States Marine Corps.  Mr. Eschrich carries the pride he maintained in his service to his country into his day-to-day practice of bankruptcy law and has been practicing for more than 33-years.

Mr. Eschrich has always been an ardent practitioner of bankruptcy law, but much of his practice over the years has addressed other aspects of the law as well so his critical mental processes have been tested in some very difficult and unique areas of the law and this translates into an attorney that truly will prepare his client for bankruptcy.  Being prepared is a critical part of the process.  No amount of time will be spared in representing a client thoroughly; and Mr. Eschrich is personally reachable by phone and answers all e-mail messages from his firm’s clients.

Mr. Eschrich was born October 3, 1947 in Buffalo New York .  He has raised two children and is currently single.  His passion is his family and the focus of his personal bankruptcy practice is bankruptcy law for debtors.

Mr. Eschrich has had a strong following from not only clients that he has represented, but also from his staff, some of whom have been with him for almost as many years as he has been practicing..  This loyalty translates into efficiency for the bankruptcy client and with other highly trained staff, is what allows Eschrich Law to offer 24/7 access to our clients.

Eschrich Law & The Internet Bankruptcy System

This system works with clients that hear about us from researching us on the internet, but also works for the client that has no internet access or savvy and is referred to us by third parties; typically someone that has been a client or does their research to find us out of interest for a family or friend that may need bankruptcy advice.  Because the firm maintains such a firm policy of easy access by toll free telephone, e-mail and chat we are able to talk to clients when they have the time to talk to us.  Forcing a client who is already in financial distress, into taking time off from work to go into a lawyer’s office never made much sense and so Eschrich Law is about providing access and advice with the inconvenience.

For those that are internet savvy, we have all the technical tools of the computer and the internet to include Web Cam access so you can see your attorney or your paralegal when you talk to them.  We also have tools that can allow us to access your computer remotely if you are having problems with any of our forms or links.

The more you do in inputting data and the more you access our various tools to facilitate your case, the more we are able to discount your fees that you will have to pay to this firm for your representation.  Court fees and the various third party fees charged by the credit counseling and financial management companies cannot be affected by this process, but if you are inside various poverty guidelines established by various counseling providers, sometimes fees can be waived.  Your attorney or assigned paralegal at Eschrich Law will be able to assist you in determining if such waivers are possible in your case.
